Hello! I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe! It’s definitely a crazy and difficult time for everyone however I have been finding the best ways for me to relax are to start my day with some yoga. I have been doing Yoga with Adriene on Youtube every morning. Her channel is amazing and she has something for everyone. I also make time every day to read. It really helps to clear your mind and there’s nothing better than cozying up with a good book.
